Redfish Charters helps customers, from every skill level (beginner to advanced), to catch Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum and Flounder. All of these fish make for great table fare - whether you bake, broil or use the grill!
Schools of fish move around the bays continuously and it takes a competent and experienced guide to know!
Captain Aerich caters to small and large groups, but especially enjoys taking families with small children out on the water! It's a fantastic way to make memories and the kids love him!

FISHING TOURNAMENT GUIDE:
If you are going to be a participant in one of our many fishing tournaments, whether that be private, company groups or hosted by an organization, add $200 to the above “Full Day” price.
Give a call if you have questions or have special needs and Capt. Aerich will do his best to accommodate!

Please Remember - Weekends fill-up quick, so reserve your date(s) early!
IMPORTANT: The deposit is ONLY refundable to the customer that provides Redfish Charters with a 14-day verbal (phone call) from your original reservation date.
Your captain reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your trip in case of inclement weather. Should the captain need to cancel due to boat servicing or a family emergency, he will refund your deposit or work with you to reschedule your trip at another time.

Both adult and children-size life vests are furnished but some children may be more comfortable in their own USCG approved vest. It's good that the kiddos are happy and comfortable!
Texas Parks & Wildlife Rule:
All kids 12 years of age and under must wear a life jacket when the motor is running - no exceptions.
Rods and reels are furnished, or you can bring your own... BUT please be sure to let the captain know when you call to reserve: 361-729-8220
Capt. Aerich Oliver will select the best bait to be used on any given day and bait is provided to you. If you need help baiting your hook, he'll instruct you on how to do it and soon you'll be a pro at baiting the hook yourself!!
The captain will clean and bag your fresh fish for the trip home!
Bring an empty ice chest (left in the car) to carry your fresh catch home!
State law requires that you have a valid Fishing License with a Saltwater Stamp to board the boat.
You can purchase your Fishing License with Saltwater Stamp at local tackle stores, Walmart, HEB and many conveniences stores in Rockport.
You may purchase your Fishing License with Saltwater Stamp prior to your visit to Rockport, Texas!
Occasionally, the Texas Gulf Coast weather can be a little unpredictable so dress accordingly. Maybe bring a light jacket or long-sleeve shirt, sunscreen and hat for protection from the sun. Bring your favorite snacks and drinks as there's plenty of cold storage!

PLEASE LIMIT ALCOHOL TO ONE 6-PACK PER PERSON, NO GLASS CONTAINERS AND NO HARD LIQUOR.

The Aransas Bay Complex offers diverse marine life, birds and untouched beauty! Rockport is a cute, touristy town with a down-home atmosphere. Here you'll enjoy numerous parks, playgrounds, skate park and a community swimming pool. There's also many hiking and biking trails, kayaking and SUP opportunities, birding hot spots galore and more water and recreational activities than you could do in a month, maybe two!! Downtown and historic areas are especially a nice area to walk-around, get to know the people, eat some great seafood, steaks or burger in one the fantastic restaurants you'll pass by. It's a cornucopia of things to do and you're going to love it here in Rockport-Fulton!
Be sure to stop by the Chamber of Commerce on Bus. 35 (across from Little Bay and the Beach Park) and find all sorts of info on "Things to Do!!" The staff of volunteers takes excellent care of the tourist and have some great ideas to share for the kids, families and seniors. Something for everyone!!!
